Hannah Huiru Zhang advises Chinese and multinational companies on a wide variety of cross-border legal matters. She has successfully handled numerous commercial negotiations as both outside counsel and as in-house counsel. Hannah has also represented clients in international arbitration and litigation, where she has helped clients achieve successful results. In addition, Hannah provides trusted immigration and trust and estate planning advice for high net-worth individuals.

• • Represented 33 Chinese clients in their EB-5 fraud investigation and lawsuit against EB-5 project company in Montana.
  • Represented clients in successful settlement of American Disability Act lawsuits.
  • Represented clients in criminal defense (human trafficking and sexual assault etc.) and obtained verdict of aquittal for clients.
  • Successful EB-5 immigration petition for multiple Chinese entrepreneurs.
  • Represented China International Trust Investment Corporation and Zibo Petrochemical Factory at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and obtained favorable arbitral award from the arbitration tribunal in 1993.
  • Represented Tianjin Zhong Xin Pharmaceutical Group Corporation Ltd. in its listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange in 1997.
  • Championed commercial negotiations with major telecom operators in China such as China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, China Railway and several commercial banks while working as an in-house of Motorola, Cisco and Nokia Siemens Networks during 1998 to 2011.
