Before joining CBC Law, Daniel worked at a top-tier law firm in China for nearly eight years. His practice areas primarily focus on cross-border commercial transactions and dispute resolution. The clients Daniel has served include domestic and foreign investment funds, Fortune 500 companies, other domestic and foreign financial institutions, and medium to large enterprises — including China International Capital Corporation, DG Capital, Dao Foods Fund, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), HSBC, Hang Seng Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of New York Mellon, ICBC Asia, CCB Asia, Deutsche Bank Trust, Bank of Communications Trust, China Development Bank, and Export-Import Bank of China.
Daniel also has extensive experience defending independent e-commerce merchants in intellectual property disputes, particularly in cases involving injunctive orders (Schedule A cases).
